The place is well-maintained and beautiful small and has favourable location close to everything. The staff are incredibly nice, they keep the place fairly clean. The hotel offers a huge variety of food that was great! We would love to stay here again, enjoyed it.

Location: the venue was so close to both the beach and the restaurants/bars area, the beach area and the town centre for food and other things. Overall the service was excellent. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

The air-conditioned rooms at Secret Paradise Moalboal were a breath of fresh air for me! With the cozy desk and kettle, I felt right at home. I loved having a safety deposit box in the room, it gave me peace of mind during my stay. The flat-screen TV in the room was a great addition, allowing me to relax and catch up on my favorite shows. The private bathroom with a shower was convenient and comfortable, making it easy for me to freshen up. The terrace was a lovely spot to enjoy some fresh air and soak in the beautiful surroundings. The soundproofing in the double room was a bonus, ensuring a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep. Having a desk in the air-conditioned room was handy for catching up on some work. The seating area in the rooms provided a cozy spot to relax and unwind. The wardrobe in the room was spacious and allowed me to keep my belongings organized.

Although others may enjoy it, I personally found that I didn't need the electric kettle in the double room.

I always come back for the excellent service and the caring staff who helped me with my elderly parents. This place has all I need - free Wi-Fi, parking, bar, restaurant, outdoor pool, 24-hour reception. Perfect for a romantic escape. No regrets!
